Arabize staff represent a blend of people of varying backgrounds and experiences building one strong team with one common understanding. People are our most prized asset and represent the core of what makes Arabize so unique, and so successful.
Arabize is made up of six departments; the Language department that comprises twenty-nine people consisting of translators, technical writers and reviewers. The Quality Assurance department has five QA specialists. While in the Projects' Technical Support department there are five individuals; two engineers and three technical specialists. In the DTP department there are five DTP specialists, and in the Client Relations department, available are three project managers.
Finally, in the Administration department there are three human resources personnel and two financial. Accessible is a pool of freelancers in the Language and DTP departments.
In appreciation to the staff continuous efforts and success, Arabize arranges outings on special occasions, such as; company anniversary, Iftar in Ramadan, post-projects celebrations, birthdays, and the like. During these occasions a family atmosphere prevails in which the team talks about personal likes and interests. This in turn encourages them to build relationships with each other, which we consider essential to promote the team spirit.
Arabize dedicates both time and resources that work solely on personnel development; through internal and external training, as well as motivating them to achieve post graduate degrees and diplomas. Arabize motivates and enables employees to develop and utilize their full potential in alignment with the organization's overall objectives and action plans. Also examined are the company's efforts to build and maintain a work environment and an employee support climate conducive to performance excellence and to personal and organizational growth. |
